Ranchi, January 11: A e book dialogue on ‘E-Governance and Citizen Participation: New Instructions in Public Administration’, organized by the Division of Mass Communication, Jharkhand Central College, was printed by Sage on Wednesday.

The occasion featured a web based dialog with the e book’s creator, Dr. Alok Kumar Gupta, Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, CUJ. The creator of the e book is Professor Sangeeta Dhal, Professor of Political Science, Kalindi Faculty, College of Delhi.
