MLA refuses to summon ED in money switch case, seeks extra time | Techi Chook


Ranchi, Jan 13 (PTI) Congress MP Irfan Ansari, who’s being investigated within the cash laundering case, stated on Friday that he has sought two weeks’ time to look earlier than the Enforcement Division (ED).

Ansari was summoned to the company in reference to an investigation into the extortion of cash from a automobile he was touring with get together MLAs Rajesh Kachchap and Naman Biksal, the official stated.

Three MLAs have been arrested by the West Bengal Police in Howrah district in July after Rs 49 lakh in money was recovered from their automobiles.

Ansari instructed PTI that he sought time from the company as a result of medical causes.

The ED has summoned two different MLAs for questioning subsequent week.
